Welcome to FORMeFIT reservations.

• This FORM-e-FIT Reservations website was developed to assist with the scheduling of CAF personnel for all PSP managed fitness evaluations (Currently just the FORCE evaluation).
• This website was developed in conjunction with the FORM-e-FIT tablet based system and HRMS/Guardian to help ensure the accuracy of the data and reduce the need for paperwork.

PSP fitness staff and CAF unit coordinators can use this web accessible calendar to schedule all fitness evaluations for all CAF personnel (Currently just FORCE). Secure connections with a DND database (HRMS/Guardian) enable an efficient and accurate selection process. Participant lists are generated for each evaluation and securely sent to the FORM-e-FIT system replacing the need for DND 279 forms. Conducting the evaluation with FORM-e-FIT tablets increases the quality and speed at which performance feedback can be provided. Additional logistical data is collected automatically, including participant rest times that will be used to help improve the overall delivery and efficiency. Once the data has been collected and verified by PSP staff it can be securely transmitted back to HRMS/Guardian and PSP HQ for reporting.
